1. Status

These Terms govern use of armessio.ru. By using the Site you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.

The Site owner and operator is a private individual (natural person). The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy form part of the Site’s legal framework.

2. Subject — no public offer

The Site informs about design and finishing services and allows enquiries. Texts, images and general descriptions of services, timelines or warranties are informational and not a public offer under Russian Civil Code Art. 437.

Contract terms are set in a separate agreement. Submitting an enquiry does not oblige the Operator to contract.

3. Intellectual property

Design, copy, graphics, logo, photos and Site code belong to the Operator or licensed rightsholders. Copying, distribution or modification without written consent is prohibited except where Russian law expressly allows (including personal viewing).

4. User obligations

Provide accurate form data;

do not disrupt the Site or attempt unauthorised access;

do not use the Site for spam, fraud or other offences;

when submitting an enquiry, confirm you are 18+ and authorised to provide the contact details.

5. Enquiries

Enquiries are handled within a reasonable time during business hours via the contacts provided. The Operator may ignore abusive or false submissions and breaches of these Terms.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. The Operator does not warrant uninterrupted operation, full device compatibility or freedom from errors.

To the extent permitted by Russian law, the Operator is not liable for: losses from use or inability to use the Site; third-party acts; external linked sites; decisions based solely on public Site materials without a contract.

Liability under a signed services contract is governed by that contract, not these Terms.

7. Law and disputes

Russian law applies. Disputes are heard by the court at the Operator’s location unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.

8. Changes

The Operator may change these Terms by publishing a new version. Version date: 28.07.2026.
