This Policy sets out how personal data is processed on armessio.ru (the “Site”) under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and related rules.

The Site operator is a private individual (natural person), not an individual entrepreneur and not acting on behalf of a legal entity.

Handling enquiries and communicating about design and finishing services;

providing service information on request;

operating, securing and displaying the Site;

recording cookie choices (analytics only with separate consent);

complying with Russian law.

Consent (152-FZ Art. 6(1)(1)) — enquiry form and optional cookies;

pre-contractual steps at the subject’s request (Art. 6(1)(5));

legitimate interest in running the Site — strictly necessary technical cookies without excessive profiling;

Collection, recording, organisation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer/access to processors under the Operator’s instructions, blocking, deletion and destruction.

Processing may be automated and/or mixed. No solely automated decisions producing legal effects are made.

7. Recipients and processors

Data is not sold or shared for third-party marketing.

Transfer is allowed to: hosting and other processors under contract (152-FZ); a CRM/lead webhook if configured — for enquiry handling only; public authorities where Russian law requires.

Cross-border transfer is not a processing purpose. If a processor’s infrastructure is outside Russia, transfer occurs only under 152-FZ Art. 12 and a lawful basis.

8. Retention

Enquiry data — until purposes are met or consent is withdrawn, and no longer than needed to protect the Operator’s rights related to the enquiry (typically up to 3 years after last contact), unless law requires otherwise.

Technical logs and cookie-consent records — as needed to run the Site and evidence the choice (see Cookie Policy).

Thereafter data is deleted or anonymised.

9. Security

The Operator applies organisational and technical measures reasonable for this processing: access limits; HTTPS; handling of subject requests; processor controls. Absolute security on the Internet is not guaranteed.

10. Your rights

You may request information about processing; correction, blocking or deletion where processing is unlawful; withdraw consent; complain to Roskomnadzor or a court.
