Because we promise our clients privacy — and keep that promise. Most projects are private residences whose owners want no publicity. The full portfolio is shown in person at the first meeting.

What warranty do you provide?

From 1 year on finishing works, up to 5 years on certain types of work and structures. The exact terms are fixed in the contract and depend on the specifics of the project.

Can it be done faster than 6–12 months?

No, and that is a matter of principle. Screed needs to dry, plaster needs to cure, materials need to acclimatise. A rushed cycle produces defects a year or two later, when fixing them is already expensive.

Do I have to wait for a site visit to learn the price?

No. Send us the floor plan — that is enough for a preliminary estimate. The exact budget comes after a site inspection and design.

Do you only work with premium projects?

Yes. We take on projects only where we can maintain the technology and level of control we back with a warranty. If the brief falls below that standard, we will say so at the first meeting.

Do you take projects outside Saint Petersburg?

Our main geography is Saint Petersburg. Projects in other cities are discussed individually: distance must not get in the way of personal quality control.

Space Analysis

We study the floor plan, documentation and condition of the space. You get an honest assessment of scope and budget before signing anything.

Design

Layout, engineering, finishes and lighting — one document package in 4–8 weeks. After it, no open questions remain on site.

Engineering

HVAC, electrical and plumbing routes are set before finishing begins and pass the required approvals. No moving sockets through finished walls.

Procurement

We select materials, appliances and furnishings, and manage purchasing and logistics. Stone slabs are chosen by hand.

Delivery

We manage everything on site: contractors, schedules, deliveries. You never have to coordinate anyone yourself.

Stage Control

Technical supervision signs off every technological stage; concealed works are closed with formal acts — they cannot be checked later, so we check them now.

Handover & Warranty

We hand over a finished, furnished space after final inspection. Work warranty of 1 to 5 years, with terms fixed in the contract.

We never pick materials from a catalogue. Every surface is selected in person — by texture, tone, and how it will behave ten years from now.

At Armessio the CEO answers for every project in person — from the first meeting to the handover of keys. Not a sales desk, not a manager on the phone.

Sergey Medvedev has worked in premium finishing since 2016. In that time, dozens of private residences in Saint Petersburg have been delivered under his leadership — homes whose owners entrusted the company not only with the budget, but with their privacy.

The principle is simple: the CEO is personally present at key stages, signs the acts for concealed works, and answers to the client with his own name. Not the name of a brand.

Why is it so expensive?

The price covers what photos never show: precise design, full technological cycles and sign-off at every stage. That is exactly what rules out rework — the most expensive line item of any renovation.

We take on a limited number of projects — that is the condition for personal control over each one.

If a question cannot be closed on paper, it comes back more expensive on the walls.
Every figure in the estimate should have a name: what you pay for, and who owns it.
You do not have to visit the site. We still have to answer for it.
